UV Maintenance & Sanitization

RWT provides UV system service and maintenance to support reliable microbial control and high purity water systems. Services include lamp and sleeve inspection or replacement, intensity verification, alarm checks, and overall system performance review. Routine UV maintenance helps limit biological growth and protects downstream RO, DI, and distribution systems used in laboratory, pharmaceutical, and semiconductor applications.

High purity DI distribution loops are susceptible to biological growth due to low nutrient levels, extended residence time, and complex piping geometrics. Without routine sanitization, biofilm formation can impact water quality, contribute to resistivity instability, and create ongoing maintenance challenges. Proper loop sanitization is performed to control microbial growth, protect system components, and maintain consistent water quality required for high purity applications.
